sa Vale Emergency Hospital, we had a case..

then syempre after nya mag-deliver, we have to monitor the vital signs..

i volunteered to take the VS every 12 mins while my other groupmates grace and patty, kinopya yung case details sa kabilan school.. ayoko kasi makihalubilo..hehe. kea kahit kangarag mag VS every 15 mins, aq na lang gumawa..

and then, syempre chinichika ko si mother.. then i found out na wala pa sya ipapangalang sa baby girl nya..

nakikichika din sila kim and bernice..

then i suggested some names.. then sabi ni mommy na lahat daw ng anak nya have two names. then i came up with "kimberley miles".. kimberley from kim and ofcourse miles from me..

the following day, i heared two students fro the other school talking while writing stuffs sa chart ng patient sa may nurse station.

girl1: "ano nga ui name nung baby?"

girl2: "kimberley miles daw" (then napatingin ako tapos pinakinggan ko lalo)

girl1: (whilw writing) "ah kimberley miles..ang sosyal ng pangalan noh"

then i immediately went to the patient to make a confirmation. i asked the mother if kamusta na sya etc.. then she said, "ipinangalan ko nga sya seyo eh, kimberley miles" then, napangiti ako and i just continued asking her about her condition etc.

tapos pagdaan ko uli sa nurses station, i heared the CI from other school talking to the mother's sister.. the CI asked for the name of the baby..then she asked for the spelling..

and then i listened.. "K-I-M-B-E-R-L-E-Y (naisip ko, matutuwa si kim, finally tama spelling ng name nya..she sometimes complains kasi nagkakamali ng spelling sa name nya) M-Y-L-E-S" nalungkot ako bigla, MILES kasi spelling ko ng name ko.

anyway, atleast she was named after us.. though nickname ko lang yun, nakakatuwa parin.

and that's the only case pa that we had sa osputal na yun. ;) ok na rin..
