Rest In Peace, King of Pop.

I woke up at about 5 pm today. I was shaken by the news broadcast of Michael Jackson’s death. He died at a young age of 50 due to cardiac arrest. I felt a modest wretchedness because although I am not a big fan, I know he was able to influence millions of lives.

“This will be my final show performances in London.”, he said in a conference about his upcoming last concert tour. But he died 18 days before the said tour.

Despite the countless controversies he went through, he is still considered a legend, a genius, and I know millions if not billions of people are in grief right now. He will be remembered because of his vast contribution in the music of the world.

Too bad I was not able to watch live the guy who was considered the Greatest Performer of All Time and the Best Selling Solo Artist (above Elvis). (though I am not a pop fun)
