Pila, tayo, upo, lakad, takbo, antok, pagod, ulan, gutom.

Hanggang kailan, hanggang kailan?

Weeks ago, I received a news—my best friend is getting married. I felt ecstatic because she told me that I will be her maid-of-honor. Yey. Years ago, we had a conversation about our weddings; we agreed that we would be each others' maid-of-honor. And now, she’s keeping her promise. I’ve been a bridesmaid few times but this is the first time that I would be a maid-of-honor, and of course, I feel delighted and thrilled about it.
Ever since that day, I started missing her already although she just lives a few blocks away from our home. We’ve been best friends for about 8 years now. We know almost if not every thing about each other. We were constantly together until I got busy with college, but we still shared that mutual bond. In good times, we are on each others' side. If trouble arises, we got each others' back.
And since that news about the wedding, I marveled what’s next. After their nuptial, she would move to another place with her husband. And I feel gloomy thinking about it. Am I a bad best friend because I sense sadness and jealousy?
The other day I invited her out. We watched Harry Potter and ate until we nearly puked. It’s my pre-wedding treat. We shared new secrets, laughed and had fun. I wonder if we would still have moments like that after their wedding.
I long for her already. I am happy for her, but you can’t blame me if I feel a bit heavyhearted, right?
Yesterday or kanina, after our FEU CBI Tribute to Graduates and Year End Get Together, saka lang nag sink in sakin ang graduation. The entire event was remarkable, I had so much fun.
The event was planned by other CBI MTs who are not yet graduating. And I feel exhilarated to see their effort for this tribute. We, the graduates, really value it guys. Thank you big time!
After the camwhoring, games, kainan, kwentuhan and so on, I felt dreadfully poignant. Because I realized that this may be the last time that I would see these people. I’ve been with these people for about two semesters lang, but they really mean so much to me.
Even for the short span of time, I found friends here. Although I wasn’t able to get to know everyone of them, each one of them is important to me because I’ve been an “ate” and a friend to them. It’s sad because I realized that I would not be able to see them more often. It’s sad because my term as a FEU CBI Infocom is now over.
I want to thank everyone in FEU CBI because my last year is great because of you guys. Sorry for my shortcomings. And thank you guys BIG TIME because YOU SAVED ME. You know what I mean.
People always leave, but memories will stay.
We may be leaving FEU, but we will not leave you. We will always be your ATEs and KUYAs.
After that very bad and infuriating morning, I asked mom to go malling muna. Whenever I am stressed or depressed, I usually eat sweet stuffs or mollycoddle myself in any way. And because I have a hitch in my giddy-up after the Revalida nga, I wanted to coddle myself muna. Good thing, I was with mom, and she knows how to handle me in my bad temper. Don’t mention na malling with your mom is always better because you have more budget to indulge yourself.
First stop: Food.
Next Stop: Ticket!
Then I asked mom na pagawa na namin yung Digicam ko, (the reason why pics here are not my actual pics), she agreed.
Then I also bought some stuffs, clothes in particular. We also planned to watch a movie, kaso she's tired na.
Later that day, I met up with my gf KZI and chum PINKY. I asked them to stay at Krsipy Kreme, Gateway muna. Another way to enliven myself again.
A problem shared is a problem halved.
At the end of the day, I’m a snug as a bug in a rug. I feel like a million. Par for the course.
The following are e-mail responses for my "Shoot for the Moon" blog.

You are right! When you dream you dream big but before you dream think of God who will help you in your dream. Always think of HIM who stand beside you and when you don't see Him there that is the time He is coddling you. Bastat mabuhay ka what is expected of you as a true Christian. Huwag itali sa katawan ang pagkakamali, at mga ugaling sanlibutan. Sometimes He makes us fail to realize our mistakes pero if you know yourself that you are in the right path, hinding hindi ka Niya pababayaan. If you don't, then this is the time to reform - gawin ninyo araw-araw ang pagpapapata say 9:00 p.m. Kahit nasa jeep ka o bus ka o nasa train ka, simply close your eyes and uttered short prayers for HIM gayundin ang dapat gawin ng ng iyong ate at Mama and I will guarantee to you - ang mga taong matuwid di Niya pababayaan. In this time of harship and troubled, iisa lang naman ang makakatulong sa atin - ang AMA. With GOD with you always, I don't see why you will not realize your dreams! And you are not shooting for the moon, you are shooting for HEAVEN!

The main thing is to think that you are doing it it not for anybody else, but for yourself... Remember that it is your future, and not anypne else, that is at stake. On the other hand, pressure can sometimes be good. It can give you extra motivation and eventually push you to work harder. Also remember that if you fail the exam, that it is not the end of everything. Sometimes getting the feel for the way the test is carried out gives others the confidence the next time around. But I do have the full confidence in you, my dear sister. "Shoot for the moon, so when you fall, you would still land on the stars.' That's true sister, but in doing so, you must always remember to keep your feet on the ground... Remeber too that whatever happens, I love you and will always be here for you. GOD Bless! Pray always!

In every endeavor, there could only be two results- success and failure. If you fail on the first time, there is a second ,third, fourth and so on chances.Hard work and studying religiously are the best weapons to attain success and with constant prayers to God, you will reach the moon..
As for your forthcoming graduation and board axam, you should have confidence on your self. You will not reach the fourth year if you're not talented. Of course, you should always call for the guidance of our Dear Lord. "Nasa Diyos ang awa, nasa tao ang gawa" ayon nga sa lumang kasabihan. Don't feel scared . If the others( thousands of them) have passed the board exam in the past, why can't you? Always have a strong heart and sheer determination. This will give you the necessary fighting spirit in your every undertaking. "
When I was in grade five elementary,my teacher informed me that I will represent Cubao Elem.School in the National Science Test but there was only a week left before the exam schedule.I didn't feel scared and I studied hard.I was full of confidence. The outcome? I passed the exam and I was on the top five.
Remember always - you're the daughter of Felix- The constant honor student from elementary to high school and you have inherited his wisdom.I indeed tried to shoot for the moon but I failed, I did not fall on the stars either but I found myself floating with the happy clouds together with you, with your sister and brothers and your loving mother.
Earlier, while having dinner and watching the television, I said “Hindi man lang nya natupad pangarap ng tatay nya”. Then my mom said, “ako kaya, matupad?”, I would usually answer her with “don’t worry mom, ako tutupad sa pangarap mo”. Pero kanina, I just remained silent.
If I would stare at my dream checklist, 80% of it is for my parents. I constantly had a lucid view of what I would like to attain, for myself and for my family. Hindi kami isang kahig isang tuka, we can eat 4 times a day, study in private schools, buy our desires and needs. Pero syempre, it’s not wrong naman to dream big right? Shoot for the moon, so when you fall, you would still land on the stars.
But lately, I’ve been vague about a lot of things, indecisive or scared. Few months from now, I will be graduating BSN. Then after that, what? Will I pass the board exams? If I fail, it would break my heart to let down my parents. If I pass, where will I go? I want to achieve great things and do a lot of things. But the question is, how?
I don’t desire for a fairy tale life; I just want a better life for my loved ones.
