This is the first time, in my 20 years of existence, that a flood like this happened in our area. Good thing that our street was not affected.
The effect of typhoon Ondoy is really devastating, we all know it. Photos and videos are disturbing, it's really extremely upsetting.
As of now, I am still worried because I still didn't receive a message from my best friend and close friends from Marikina and Malabon. My relatives from Greenpark, Cainta are okay and they stayed here in our home for a while. We also have a relative somewhere in Cainta and still no news from them.
:(
While today, I received my board rating from PRC. And I was happy about the result. But after the happiness, the painful truth about this calamity took me over.

Pila, tayo, upo, lakad, takbo, antok, pagod, ulan, gutom.

Hanggang kailan, hanggang kailan?
I spent all the days of my summer inside the walls of SRG. I went to review everyday, sometimes half a day and a few times, just sleeping. But I never forgot to hang out with my friends sometimes. Social life ee.
Anyway, that’s the reason why I stayed out of my cyber life for two months, the board exam. I just didn’t want any distractions. Like you, yes you. LMAO.
During those two months (or more) several things happened. Several friends celebrated their birthdays, faced some dilemmas, had new crushes (as in crushes), met new people, learned a lot of things, was able to hurt some people thus hurting my self too, but was really more happy that before.
Labo ee no?
And the feeling of the upcoming board exam gave me an unexplainable thrill. I experienced mild anxiety but as it came closer, the anxiety faded. Not because I am confident but because I have faith.
I really don’t have anything to point out in this entry; it’s just that, time flies so fast that I just woke up one day that the board exam is already over.
Yesterday or kanina, after our FEU CBI Tribute to Graduates and Year End Get Together, saka lang nag sink in sakin ang graduation. The entire event was remarkable, I had so much fun.
The event was planned by other CBI MTs who are not yet graduating. And I feel exhilarated to see their effort for this tribute. We, the graduates, really value it guys. Thank you big time!
After the camwhoring, games, kainan, kwentuhan and so on, I felt dreadfully poignant. Because I realized that this may be the last time that I would see these people. I’ve been with these people for about two semesters lang, but they really mean so much to me.
Even for the short span of time, I found friends here. Although I wasn’t able to get to know everyone of them, each one of them is important to me because I’ve been an “ate” and a friend to them. It’s sad because I realized that I would not be able to see them more often. It’s sad because my term as a FEU CBI Infocom is now over.
I want to thank everyone in FEU CBI because my last year is great because of you guys. Sorry for my shortcomings. And thank you guys BIG TIME because YOU SAVED ME. You know what I mean.
People always leave, but memories will stay.
We may be leaving FEU, but we will not leave you. We will always be your ATEs and KUYAs.
That statement lingered on my mind since it was stated by our church Pastor this afternoon. I don’t need to elaborate, it’s self-explanatory. I just want to share it with you guys
Yesterday, I was able to commit an inadvertent mistake, a false move that troubled me until this afternoon.
Good thing, everything went better when I arrived at school. I guess it’s not Friday the 13th misfortune at all.
I was finally able to drop my Victoball at the Victometer and got my INSTITUTE OF NURSING CERTIFIED ASSET pin!
And I have faith that I passed the LMR concept exam.
And I was happy for my friends who passed the Remedial exam. But also felt dreadful for my friends and classmates who are going to re-take the remedial exam. But just be positive, I have faith in you guys.
I already felt better, but that thing still bothers me a little. So help me God.
The following are e-mail responses for my "Shoot for the Moon" blog.

You are right! When you dream you dream big but before you dream think of God who will help you in your dream. Always think of HIM who stand beside you and when you don't see Him there that is the time He is coddling you. Bastat mabuhay ka what is expected of you as a true Christian. Sometimes He makes us fail to realize our mistakes pero if you know yourself that you are in the right path, hinding hindi ka Niya pababayaan. If you don't, then this is the time to reform - gawin ninyo araw-araw ang pagpapapata say 9:00 p.m. Kahit nasa jeep ka o bus ka o nasa train ka, simply close your eyes and uttered short prayers for HIM gayundin ang dapat gawin ng ng iyong ate at Mama and I will guarantee to you - ang mga taong matuwid di Niya pababayaan. In this time of harship and troubled, iisa lang naman ang makakatulong sa atin - ang AMA. With GOD with you always, I don't see why you will not realize your dreams! And you are not shooting for the moon, you are shooting for HEAVEN!

The main thing is to think that you are doing it it not for anybody else, but for yourself... Remember that it is your future, and not anypne else, that is at stake. On the other hand, pressure can sometimes be good. It can give you extra motivation and eventually push you to work harder. Also remember that if you fail the exam, that it is not the end of everything. Sometimes getting the feel for the way the test is carried out gives others the confidence the next time around. But I do have the full confidence in you, my dear sister. "Shoot for the moon, so when you fall, you would still land on the stars.' That's true sister, but in doing so, you must always remember to keep your feet on the ground... Remeber too that whatever happens, I love you and will always be here for you. GOD Bless! Pray always!

In every endeavor, there could only be two results- success and failure. If you fail on the first time, there is a second ,third, fourth and so on chances.Hard work and studying religiously are the best weapons to attain success and with constant prayers to God, you will reach the moon..
As for your forthcoming graduation and board axam, you should have confidence on your self. You will not reach the fourth year if you're not talented. Of course, you should always call for the guidance of our Dear Lord. Don't feel scared . If the others( thousands of them) have passed the board exam in the past, why can't you? Always have a strong heart and sheer determination. This will give you the necessary fighting spirit in your every undertaking. "
When I was in grade five elementary,my teacher informed me that I will represent Cubao Elem.School in the National Science Test but there was only a week left before the exam schedule.I didn't feel scared and I studied hard.I was full of confidence. The outcome? I passed the exam and I was on the top five.
Remember always - you're the daughter of Felix- The constant honor student from elementary to high school and you have inherited his wisdom.I indeed tried to shoot for the moon but I failed, I did not fall on the stars either but I found myself floating with the happy clouds together with you, with your sister and brothers and your loving mother.
